The clinical pregnancy rate per transfer of fresh embryos is presented as a function of the age of the women at the time of egg collection. Most transfers for women less than 36 were with a single embryo.
This graph shows the clinical pregnancy rate per fresh transfer by age and by the embryo stage. Day-3 embryos are usually at the 8 cell stage while Day-5 transfers involve a single blastocyst.
The clinical pregnancy rate per fresh and frozen embryo transfers is displayed for women less than and more than 35 years. Many fresh transfers involve the transfer of a single embryo while the transfer of cryostored embryos especially over 35 years include two embryos.
This graph shows the chance of one or more clinical pregnancies expressed per collection. Some egg collections do not result in an embryo transfer and so this data gives you some idea of your chance when you begin treatment. Remember that there may be one or more frozen embryo transfers that will contribute to this chance at egg collection.
