PIVET referrals require no mandatory pre-screening prior to initial appointments.
However should your patient have undergone any screening under your care, a copy of these tests would be beneficial. Some tests may need to be repeated or updated, however we do aim not to repeat tests unnecessarily.
If your patient is currently under the care of another Specialists for any medical condition(s), details regarding this care would be useful to for coordination of PIVET medical care.
